Old Governor's Mansion

 

Old Governor's Mansion that was constructed in the first half of XX. century is located in Kozluk Quarter. The two-storied mansion reşects the features of architectural style in the first period of Republic. It was constructed as two different buildings being adjacent to each other, Governor's Mansion and Treasury dwellinghouse. It has been using as Documentation Center of Kocaeli, Society fort he Protection of Children, Provincial Directorate and Governorship after restoring by the Governorship of Kocaeli.
